It’s Halloween today and you decided to have guests over but have no plans for a spooky dessert?
Well, today is your lucky day cause I have got you covered. These are even easier than the cake mix cookies (although those would also be nice to make if you have time).
Oreos cookies? Check!
Vanilla pudding? Check!
Glasses or Cups? Check!
Orange color? Oops, don’t have any? Not to worry, they aren’t very necessary.
Basically smash/crush/chop the cookies and put them in glasses
Make the pudding as per the packet instructions. Add orange color if using. And …….
Easy, right?
Vanilla pudding is available in regular grocery stores I list – Ebeano, SPAR, Park n Shop or Mega Plaza. Oreos are everywhere now but I guess you could even try them with the Nigerian ‘Noreos’

A last minute treat for Halloween.
Ingredients
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups or 480 grams of milk
- 20 or 250 grams oreos, crushed
- orange food color
- glass or cups
Instructions
- Make pudding according to package directions.
- Add orange food color, if using.
- Pour some of the crushed cookies in a glass.
- Once pudding is set, scoop some of the pudding on the oreos.
- Layer with more crushed oreos and more pudding
- Finish with crushed oreos
